The conference is held in English language.
Scientific sessions, exhibits, posters and offices
All scientific sessions, exhibits, posters and offices will be located in the Hörsaalgebäude, Ulmenweg 18, 91054 Erlangen. Participants should collect name badges from the conference registration desks.
Attendance to all scientific sessions is by registration only. Please wear your registration badge at all times when attending events at the Hörsaalgebäude.
Certificate of Attendance
Confirmations of attendance will be issued at the registration desk.
The complete attendance of the conference is accredited by the Bayerische Landesärztekammer (Bavarian medical association) with 15 points.
Oral presentations
The lecture rooms are equipped with Window-PCs. Should you have to use your own laptop or notebook, please contact the congress office well in advance.
Please bring a USB-stick or CD-ROM formatted for Windows. File Format: Microsoft Power point presentation formatted for Windows only.
Poster presentations
Poster size is DIN A0 (84 x 119 cm). Posters are mounted over the whole conference. Poster mounting will be possible on Wednesday September 29, 2010, from 11:00 - 14:00 hrs. Please note that posters not removed until Friday, October 1, 2010, 15:00 hrs, will be taken from the staff of the conference centre and will be not stored or sent to the authors after the meeting.
